Equal Chance for Education (ECE) is a 501(c)(3) scholarship program for FAFSA-ineligible students in Tennessee, providing opportunities for higher education regardless of race, religion, or nation of birth. Throughout its existence, ECE has partnered with more than 20 colleges and universities statewide and awarded nearly 700 scholarships.
